Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email.

Shipping and Delivery Estimates
Your order is estimated to ship on the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays. Delivery will depend on your destination.

Domestic Shipping (Singapore)
Free standard shipping for all domestic orders. Standard shipping delivers in 3-5 days after order ships.

International Shipping
Flat fee of S$20 applies for all international orders. International shipping delivers in 3-10 days depending on destination. Ensuring that your order reaches you is important to us; that is why we engage highly trusted logistics partners and include parcel tracking for all international orders.

Duties & Import Taxes
Your order may be subject to additional taxes, duties and/or fees (including customs clearance) charged by the destination country. Please contact the destination country’s customs office for more information.

Undelivered Packages
When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, a full refund inclusive of shipping charges is issued. To purchase items that were undeliverable, a new order will have to be placed. Please make sure your address is correct before confirming your order. If making a purchase for someone else as a gift, it might be a good idea to notify him/her about the impending delivery to minimize confusion which might lead to a refusal of the package.

When can I expect my order?

Can I change my shipping address?
For any changes to shipping address after your order has been placed, kindly contact us at support@jacobrachel.com. If your order has been confirmed and processed, we are unable to amend your order. If your package could not be successfully delivered, it will be returned to the warehouse and a credit will be made to your payment method.

What if I think my order is lost?
If you suspect that your order has been lost, kindly contact us at support@jacobrachel.com, and indicate your order reference number. Our Customer Care Representative will assist in tracking your order and revert within 2-3 business days.
